How these numbers are counted
- Under construction
- Registration active, including projects running on an extension. Completed, lapsed and deregistered projects are excluded.
- Delayed
- The latest proposed completion date on file is later than the date the builder first declared at registration. The delay is the gap between the two.
- Lapsed
- The declared completion date passed with no completion or extension filed, or MahaRERA deregistered the project. Some lapsed projects are finished on the ground but never filed for completion.
- Source
- Public MahaRERA filings only, re-read in batches; most recent filing read 3 Nov 2026. Aggregates only: no individual builder is ranked.
